- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General, se envie a la Secretaria General - Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado los expedientes T-5.445.666, T-5.448.252, T-5.451.035, T-5.456.222 y T-5.685.087, remitidos a esta Corporacion en calidad de prestamo.
